A Bag Filter is a type of Industrial Air pollution control system that uses a series of filter bags to remove suspended particulate matter from gas streams. The filter bags are made of a different type of filter media, such as polyester, nylon, woven & non woven needle felt filter bags or glass fiber, that has small pores that trap the particles on its surface. The gas stream flows through these filter bags, and the particles are captured on the surface of the bags. The bags are then cleaned periodically through compressed air blast to remove the captured particles.

In industries, we use Pulse Jet Bag filter to keep the air clean. This is especially important when we are dealing with Boilers. The bags are cleaned to get rid of the trapped particles. This way, the bag filter and the boiler work together to make sure that the ambient & atmospheric air stays clean and safe.
